I received acupuncture treatment twice. It was my first time getting acupuncture, and although I was quite nervous, my body felt better than ever after the treatment!! I've relied a lot on herbal remedies in the past, and now I'm open to incorporating acupuncture into my life as well. The clinic is very clean and professional. I highly recommend this clinic
Front staff is friendly, professional and super helpful. The clinic is bright and clean. There are a lot of acupuncturists here and I was lucky to be booked with Dr. Ning Xu. He is knowledgeable, so kind and gentle! He seems to ask the right questions and listens to your concerns. His treatments are done efficiently, which I appreciate. He treated the areas that I’ve been experiencing issues with and I am extremely happy and impressed! I would highly recommend booking with him.

suffered from planter fasciitis for the second time. Last time I tried anti inflammatory, physiotherapy and massage, but it persisted almost a year. This time it started on the other side and it was associated with PTTD. It was crippling me. I trymy family doctor who suggested physio again. I refused and decided to try acupuncture as advised from my husband who heard from his work colleague that a similar problem.Honestly, I was little pit scared from the needle and was in doubt from the outcome.I chose Dr. Kyle Picard who is my personal friend. As an acupuncturist. he is a magician. He explained every detail before and during the procedure. I had only 2 sessions , and a2 days after it showed the effects. Within 2 weeks it’s gone. I can walk without ankle brace and my life is back to normal 😀Thank you Dr. Kyle, thank you for Huatuo clinic assistants and receptionist . Everyone there are professional and welcoming. The clinic itself is very clean and relaxing. I will recommend this clinic to everyone.

I was so appreciative to find Dr Yang Li on a Sunday when I was having a pain flare up! He listened to my concerns and I felt immediate relief after the treatment. I've been to many acupuncturists and I highly recommend him.
I had neck pain for two days, and a sudden stabbing pain in my head at night. I couldn't sleep at all. I made an appointment with Dr. Li at 2:30 in the middle of the night. I received acupuncture and moxibustion in the clinic at 9:00 in the morning. After the treatment, I could move my neck flexibly. , the head is also much lighter and there is no pain when pressed. The public fascia of my toe has been inflamed for more than half a year, and all the Western medicine and anti-inflammatory ointments have no effect! I booked an acupuncture appointment in the morning. 25 mins after my appointment time I still hadn't been seen for my 1hour appt. It was obvious the desk had forgotten about me and when I asked why it took so long as I had other appointments to go to after, the lady at the front desk said Dr. Kyle was working on other people. Disappointing for sure. I will find another clinic that cares.
The staff are so friendly. I love the TCM doctor I am working with, she is lovely. I am getting acupuncture for my Epilepsy and they are doing everything they can to help me feel better. I have had one session, and I felt my body in a positive state is has not been for awhile. I will continue with this therapy.

It has been 2 months since I first saw Dr. Cong. I can clearly feel that my body is getting healthier and healthier, and my blood pressure has also increased from 150-160 at the beginning to 120-130 now. Dr. Cong is a very gentle and patient person who makes people feel very warm. Her medical skills make me feel the profoundness of traditional Chinese medicine.

100% Super friendly staff. Everything from booking to insurance processing was perfectly smooth for my every trip there. I love how they have a parking space on the second level of the building and there's no need to pay for street parking. Shout out to Dr. Helen Wang, I went in to see her on a weekly basis. She's wonderful! Upon initial assessment, she pointed out the root causes to my issue and also mentioned a few more conditions which I had but didn't mention as I thought they were unrelated to the issue I wanted to fix, which was a pretty cool thing. And by following her instructions after treatments, I saw actual improvement to my conditions within weeks. I also like how she tells you, before her accupuncture treatment begins, about how your body will feel during the treatment; it might not seem much, but for someone who's a bit scared of needles, that really helps. Yesterday, I saw the intern Cameron for pain in my neck and a sense of being unbalanced. I have seen Cameron several times and find him kind, supportive and caring. He also has a great sense of humour. Cameron consulted with his supervisor, Dr Mohammed. Updated review **I have been coming to Huato Clinic for 5 months, and I see Dr. Helen for my focal seizures. I do not have the words to explain my gratitude and how much she has helped me. My seizures were so bad before i met her that i was having up to 8 a day on bad weeks, and they were causing my autonomic nervous system to fail (heart, lungs, kidney, digestion). She has brought my seizures down tremendously, and the seizures i do have are now minor and not as hard on my body. She has drastically changed my quality of life and has given me new hope. She is kind, knowledgeable, and a true healer. I trust her deeply with my condition and will continue to do treatment with her. The clinic is a warm and welcoming environment, and the staff are friendly. I have seen many different students and each one has helped with many different things from moments anxiety, pain in the body and helped heal from injuries. Coming to see a student helps them put their learnings to hands on practice. And are highly qualified. They have a doctor to guide them or answer any questions. The front staff is friendly& helpful. Dr Amanda was able to really help my insomnia through acupuncture. After a few treatments, I have been sleeping more solidly and waking up less during the night. I would recommend this place if you have sleeping problems. They will be able to help.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Being going here for acupuncture and moxibustion and it has been greatly improving my organ functionality. Especially the liver. I initially came in here due to frequently abdominal pain that could not be diagnosed with western medicine. Ever since receiving frequent treatments I no longer have abdominal pain, increase energy with more restful nights (with eliminations of night sweats), and decreased stress.
