At ACATCM, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a well-organized schedule. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid any charges. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the scheduled service fee, as this time slot could have been offered to another patient in need.

No Show Policy

Out of respect for our practitioners’ time and other patients in need, we request that you make every effort to keep your scheduled appointments. In the event of a no-show without prior notice or reasonable explanation, we reserve the right to charge you the full price of the scheduled visit.
