Our terms for cancelling, rescheduling and missed appointments. Please read them and keep them in mind.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep a well-organised schedule. If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, please let us know as early as possible. Out of respect for our practitioners’ time, and so that other patients in need can be seen promptly, Huatuo Clinic has set out the following cancellation and no-show terms. By booking an appointment you confirm that you have read and agree to them. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

To cancel or reschedule, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellation fee
Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full fee for the booked service.
No-show
Full visit fee
Missing an appointment without prior notice or a reasonable explanation may be charged the full fee for the visit.

Notice period for cancelling or rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call the clinic where you booked at least 24 hours in advance, so that we can offer the time to another patient.

Late cancellation fee
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the clinic reserves the right to charge 100% of the fee for the booked service.

No-show (missed appointment)
If you do not attend your appointment and have given no prior notice or reasonable explanation, the clinic reserves the right to charge the full fee for the visit.
