We also ensure the confidentiality of personal information related to its employees, medical staff, and volunteers.
There are serval ways the Huatuo Clinic collecting patients’ information:

– The information from patient’s online account with our booking system; and
– The information from any doctor’s notes and diagnoses that provided by patients.
Please notice, all the information that the patients directly provide to us either over the phone, email, or mail may be considered as references and will be collected and used.

The Huatuo Clinic will only contact patients by phone, email, or mail for scheduling appointments, filling in the required information that has not been completed, updating patients’ information, and so on. The Huatuo Clinic does not reach patients with any spam or junk mails.
Patients will be asked to sign the consent form linked within the intake form before obtaining any treatments from Huatuo Clinic. This means patients who undertake all the provided information are valid and agree with the Huatuo Clinic can access all the provided information and giving treatments regarding certain health conditions. If the consent form is not signed, the Huatuo Clinic has the right to terminate any future affairs.
