    A full-body therapeutic massage using classical Tuina techniques — pushing, kneading, and grasping — to relieve muscular tension, improve circulation, and restore balance to the body.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Consultation

Unlock the power of Traditional Chinese Medicine with our experts.

  • Initial Visit

    $65

    During your initial Chinese medicine consultation with our specialist, we will perform an in-depth evaluation of your health and lifestyle. Our specialist will then design a customised treatment plan using various techniques such as acupuncture, cupping, and herbal medicine to address your unique health concerns. Our specialist may also dispense high-quality herbal formulas tailored to your specific needs.

  • Follow-up Visit

    $50

    During your follow-up consultation, our Chinese Medicine specialist will assess your progress and modify your treatment plan as needed. They may dispense new herbs or adjust your current herbal formula to address your evolving health needs. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to ensure that your treatment plan is optimised for your unique health concerns.

During a Tuina massage session, the practitioner will begin by assessing the patient’s condition and identifying any areas of tension or discomfort. They will then use a variety of techniques, such as pushing, kneading, and grasping, to alleviate pain and tension and improve overall well-being.
