Calgary ACATCM Teaching Clinic
The Residents’ Clinic is Huatuo Clinic’s clinical training centre for the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACATCM) — an affordable teaching clinic where senior students gain real patient experience while providing genuine community care.
Who Are the Residents?
Third- and fourth-year ACATCM students who have completed years of TCM theory and technique training and passed the college’s clinical entry assessment.
Services & Pricing
Acupuncture with cupping is $25 per treatment; moxibustion (warming therapy) is $45 — well suited to pain, stress, sleep, digestive and menstrual discomfort, and general wellness.
What to Expect at Your Visit
Sessions run 45–60 minutes, with extra time for your first consultation. Every treatment uses sterile, single-use needles under the same standards as our main clinic.
Training & Supervision
The Residents’ Clinic runs as part of ACATCM’s formal clinical curriculum, following the college’s academic schedule, as students complete the clinical hours required for graduation.
